A top sweet gourmet show

Created by Gabriel Paillasson at the end of the 80s, during Sirha Lyon exhibition, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie was designed to show the excellence and creativity of the art of pastry.

Prestigious contest in their compulsory stage in the selection process for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, Copa Maya 2018 will take place within the framework of Sirha Mexico 2017. Six teams from different parts of Mexico will be selected on September 2016 to train the different teams participating in the contest at the National Selection in February 2017. The first place will be the Mexican team that will represent our country in the Copa Maya in 2018 at a continental level, looking a place for the grand finale in Sirha Lyon, France in 2019.
