Bocuse d’Or National Selection
Meet the best mexican chefs!
The most prestigious culinary competition in the world again will be present in Sirha Mexico with its national qualifier round. Great Mexican chefs preside over the jury: Martha Ortiz (Dulce Patria), Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil) and Guillermo Gonzalez (Pangea) will be in charge of choosing between 6 teams to the Mexican representative. Chef Aquiles Chavez will lead the contest as Master Ceremonies.
The Bocuse d'Or Mexico pursues the dual aim of revealing the talent of the most promising chefs in the country and select the Mexican team that will participate in the continental selection Bocuse d'Or Latin America in 2018. It is also a powerful promotional tool for the country and for the city that hosts it.
Mexico City will again have this unique opportunity to place their generous and diversified gastronomy, renowned chefs, culinary heritage, its products, its cultural and tourist wealth on a national stage.
